Kissing the dolphins at Atlantis Bahamas

So a very long time ago I already told you about my dolphins at Atlantis adventure. I’m sorry it took me such a long time to post the pictures! But here they are. Better late then never, right? ūüėČ

I went to Atlantis (while on a holiday at the Bahamas, very lucky, I know) to see some dolphins. But mostly I just wanted to kiss one ;). Ever since I was a little kid I have loved these beautiful creatures. They look so sweet, especially the young ones. Also, they seem like very happy animals! Always making funny noises, and playing around.

While the experience was quite fun, it wasn’t what I expected. We we’re just sitting in the water with a group of ten people. Then the trainer brought a dolphin to us. I don’t really know what I was hoping for, but the only thing we did was a¬†photo shoot¬† So we we’re just sitting around waiting for everyone to get their picture taken. I thought it totally sucked (except for my 2 minutes of snuggling up to the dolphin of course ;p).

After all the photos were taken there was some kind of grand finale. All the groups came together and the dolphins showed us their moves. And same here, it was really great to see! Don’t get me wrong… But I did pay a LOT of money to do this. In Holland we have a dolfinarium, and I could have seen the same, but have paid¬†five¬†times less…

What do you think when you see the pictures? (That my boyfriend took by the way. If I wanted to get the official ones it would have cost me 100 dollars extra!!) Was it worth it? Or a total rip off?
